As the hinted by the app name, the main feature of this app is to "tag" your photos with descriptions such as your copyright information, name, date and place where the phoo is taken.
You can either take photos directly from within the app and tag it or you can import existing photos for them to be tagged.
Based on my trial and usage for importing existing photos and have it tagged, this app can read the photos metadata such as geolocation data and the date they were taken and intelligently show it on the photos.
However only photos from iPhone's camera, this app can intelligently tag, for photos sync from your Mac/pc, this app can't give geolocation and time tag because either the app does not allow that or because when sync from computer to iphone, these geolocation and time metadata info are gone.
